How to Print from Built-in printer mobile POS device?

Hi there

 

I have a portable mobile POS that have a built-in printer in it. Just like sunmi. I do understand that now SUNMI is integrated with loyverse. Is it possible for devices other than SUNMI to use this built in printer? Because it can print in another POS software before under generic built in printer. What information do i need to provide? It is Chinese mobile POS device. Is it possible to add some add-in driver or add "Built-in printer device" in the other printer option besides ethernet, usb and Bluetooth.

Hello. Have you tried to select SUNMI as a printer model?

Yes i have tried it. Only printed the logo once, after that the system said printer not detected. I tried to save it but it cannot print.
