Can you send some examples of receipts or orders and detailed time when it happened 4. Please send the models of printers which you use for printing orders 5. Have you seen any error messages when you try to print those lost orders? Looking forward for reply
ManaChita Posted September 19, 2020 Author Posted September 19, 2020 Thanks for getting back to me, Mag. I updated the (Android) operating systems and it seems to have fixed it. FYI. The 'kitchen printer' is actually a display - A Galaxy Tab A 10", the POS devices are Galaxy Tab A 8". No error messages were appearing.
