Guy_Adrian Posted July 14, 2020 Share Posted July 14, 2020 Hi, I'm trying to leave the amount or discount field blank so I can use it upon sale ("Leave the field blank to indicate the value upon sale") but the field is not reflect on the app (mobile and Ipad) I can see discounts only if there is amount insert in the field. Solution Amirah Posted July 14, 2020 Solution Share Posted July 14, 2020 Hello Guy, Perhaps you are trying to apply amount discounts to a certain item which is not possible on our system, you can apply amount discounts only on whole tickets. If you choose your amount discount you will be able to choose the amount for it. Percentage discounts can be applied to both items and tickets Does that solve your question?
