But have just realized we entered the wrong email into the account and cannot access our back office because of the incorrect email address with the account therefore I cant request a new password. Is there anyway you can assist with the ASAP? Wrong email tradewinds_grill@gmail.com Correct email tradewinds.grill@gmail.com I need it changed so i can select forgot password to reset the account and input modifiers etc for the business.

Please sign out from your POS with a current account e-mail (Please read an article on how to correctly sign out from the POS https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-exit-loyverse-pos ) Sign in again in your POS with current owner e-mail and choose option "CHANGE EMAIL". Specify correct email there Another option: to send request to Help@loyverse.com to change email.
