No Beep When Scan during sale

When using a Samsung mobile phone's build in camera as the scanning device, the audiable beep doesn't always sound and therefore it is possible to double scan the same item.

Is this a known problem?

Is there a fix?

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy.

Same here. I want to know if I can set it to beep every time I scan.
