Jalingojo Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 How can I view the items I made in a purchase order without having to open the purchase order? For example I've ordered item X from a supplier, can I search Item X anywhere to find out who the supplier is or when the purchase order was made? - or is there a list of items on back order? I can see the option to download a CSV of each order but this will mean constructing my own spreadsheet elsewhere and constantly updating it.

Unfortunately the list of ordered items is possible to see only in Purchase orders, download it or just view one by one. Received items is possible to see in Inventory history report, but items which is not yet received not shown there. I added your comment to our Developers so they can check what can be done about it.
