Eco_Market Posted December 14, 2019 Share Posted December 14, 2019 Hello, If we have multiple stores under the same account, when we activate ‘Predefined open tickets’ feature, will it automatically be activated in all stores? Can we have different set of predefined open tickets for each store or we will have the same list of predefined open tickets for all stores? Solution sidorela Posted December 14, 2019 Solution Share Posted December 14, 2019 Hello, If you have multiple stores, you have to activate the ‘Predefined open tickets’ feature for each store separately if you want to use it in that store. You can make a separate set of tickets for each store. To do this, choose the store from the drop-down list, activate the option “Use predefined open tickets”, add the set of predefined open tickets and Save the changes.
