Report on Open Ticket Items

Hello all, 

Good day. Newbie to this app - i am able to create Open tickets which contains my customer order items (Mocha, Coffee, Green tea, etc...) - i would like to know how many Mocha's are requested ? How many coffees? How many green tea - the total of these items in Open ticket? Is that possible. 

The reports available are only after Sales is complete - but i am looking for report to identify the total count of items under Open Ticket. Please suggest.

Hi there, I'm having the same question as Ganu above... I can see that you can see the amount of items on a ticket, but that is only if several of the same item were ordered at the same time (e.g. 3 coffees were ordered at once, it'll show coffee 3x). But, if a table orders a coffee in the beginning, then a sandwich and then another coffee, the two coffees will show up seperately on the open ticket as follows: coffee 1x, sandwich 1x, coffee 1x.

So is there a way to see the accummulated amount on an open ticket?
