davidd Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 I have been testing loyverse POS in IOS as well as Android systems. We have purchased a Receipt Printer. According to the tutorial when you open settings in backroom you are supposed to have add printer and general. when i opened Settings there was no add printer setting.See Attached Image. What has happened to the setting? Davidd

Reinaldo Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 Natali is correct, you can't connect a printer from the Back Office. And depending on the interface of your printer the process is a bit different, but it shouldn't be too difficult.
