Robert Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 It's not possible to void sales receipts, if you want to make some corrections your only option is to make a refund. If your employee don't have the rights to make refunds there has to be a manager or someone at the store with enough rights to issue a refund.
