Is it possible to send the same item to two different KDS? If it is possible, what should I do to make it happen?

Yes, it is possible to send the same item to two different KDS.

For this you have to follow this steps:

1-Create a special kitchen printer group in your Back-office

2-Tick the category of your item  that should be included in this printer group and save your selection (that you want to send to two KDS, NOTE: if you want to send only one item you can create a special category only for this item)

3- Choose this special kitchen printer group for each KDS when you configure them.
