How you would set up your system to print two receipts?

I need one for my kitchen to make the items and one for a customer.

That has an easy solution.

Luckily you don't need to print two tickets. You can set up your printer to make it also print orders. For that you need to set a kitchen group. It's quite easy there is guides about this, here I leave you a link about how to set up a kitchen printer.
