Solution sidorela Posted October 1, 2019 Solution Share Posted October 1, 2019 Hello, It is now possible to refund a receipt also from other POS devices of the same store and not only on the POS device where this receipt was originally created. To make a refund you have to go to the receipt list by tapping the ‘Receipts’ button in the POS menu. The receipts from all POS of the same store will be displayed in the list. Find the receipt you want to refund, Tap on the receipt in the list to see its details. To make the refund, tap the ‘Refund’ button. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
