How can we handle customers who only want to pay their bill once a month?

I would like to suggest you also make use of open tickets. You can leave the tickets open for as long as you like and at the end of the month charge your customer. The downside to this is that items which have not yet been charged in the system won't be deducted from your registered inventory.
