How can I tell which of my customers bought what items?

We are a non-profit and would like to be able to accept donations through Loyverse. We have to be able to track what customers donated how much and on what dates. We thought we could create an item called "donation" and simply create a report around this item. This doesn't seem possible. Is there a way to track who bought what items?

You can view 'Total spent' by each customer in the Backoffice -> Customers. But at the moment you can't view purchases of each customer by date.

We try to remember what item regular customer orders, would be nice if it can be viewed on pos.

I export Receipt report and use filtres of excel to track what items the customer bought

It is also possible to view the Purchase history of registered customers directly from the POS app. This feature is available only for iOS devices at the moment.

When will be the Purchase history of registered customers function in IOS system available in Android system? I would like to have this function for using at the monthly pay customers, thank you very much!

There are no exact dates when it will be done. Our development team develop it now for Android devices.

I checked this now on my Android tablet and indeed, I can check a customer's purchase history in the POS app. But it seems to show only purchases made at the store that POS is assigned to.

Tested just now on my Android device and it works.

Hi

Do you mean to the Dashboard App or to the back office?
You can see the purchase history of a specific customer only in the back office and in the POS App. The Dashboard App do not have such a feature. But, I will send such a suggestion to our team.

I see the option in the android app but it's not in the back office web dashboard. Will be nice if it would be added there too.

On the POS, can you reload a registered customer's previous order if they want to buy the same thing again?
