Jon Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 Firstly I just downloaded the app a few days ago, it will be first time to use a POS, and I have just started last night trying it out. My concern is so that my employees won’t see/know the cost of our products, want to keep it confidential; but I need the cost in the back office and advance inventory. Hope you guys can help me out. Solution Theodore Posted July 13, 2018 Solution Posted July 13, 2018 First, you need to create an employee (read How to Add an Employee in Loyverse POS) And second, you need to set needed rights for your employee group (read How to Manage Access Rights of Employees). If you want your employee can't see product cost, you need to disable 'Edit items' checkbox.

I need the employees to see all their inventory in stock and how many they have in stock, without them seeing the cost of a product. Hope you can help. Thanks in advance! 1
Theodore Posted July 14, 2018 Posted July 14, 2018 Well, for now, Loyverse don't have that option in the Backoffice and POS, alternatively, you can use Dashboard app for that. However, you also need to create one more employee and set for him some other rights.
EdisonWang Posted March 4, 2020 Posted March 4, 2020 I agree with Jon. The ability to see the remaining items inventory is important to employee. Right now the only way for them to see it, is if they have access to Manage Items. But they will then also be able to edit them (change quantity, prices, etc). This is too dangerous! give us a feature where employee can check the remaining inventory without the ability to edit items
