monica Posted May 29, 2018 Share Posted May 29, 2018 A mPOS is a mobile point of sale where the role of the cash register is fulfilled by a mobile device - smartphone, iPad or tablet. mPOS becomes more and more popular especially in the small business sphere. Comparing with traditional ePOS (electronic point of sale), mPOS, is cheaper and more flexible. A very important role plays the POS software one choose to install on the mobile device; depending on it is possible to get precious information for better management of employees, items and customers. mPOS can be connected with external hardware like card reader, printer, cash drawer or barcode scanner accordind with the necessities of each business.
