What kind of device are you using?

For Andoid is important to check if the scanner supports HID protocol. For iOS devices Loyverse POS supports only Socket Mobile 7Ci and Socket Mobile 7Qi scanner models.

I think this model should be compatible with Loyverse as it has same SDK as other listed Socket Mobile models. But I am not 100% sure.
