You can use Inventory Valuation report to know the total value of your inventory.

Inventory Valuation Report gives an understanding of the total cost of the inventory and potential profits from their sale.

It is part of Advanced Inventory and is only available to those users who have subscribed to this functionality.

It will take a few steps, but as long as every item in your inventory has a "COST" you can "EXPORT" your "LIST OF ITEMS" open as an Excel sheet add a few formulas and find "total value of my inventory"
