Narrow your target market. Go as much specific as you can and focus to satisfy the needs of a unique niche. This will make you the best in a specific area, it will be clear for you and for the customers, so it will enable you to maximize revenue and build a stronger customer relationship.

Build your reputation in a certain field, for example if you have a Cafe, leverage your knowledge in the coffee field to become a recognized expert in your local area.

Make clear what you stand for, build a unique business model based on your values. And more importantly, convey the same values to yor staff, a unified team, working to provide a single idea and concept to your customers is crucial to transmit your added value in an effective way. People will feel it, and they'll resonate with that spirit and will want to contribute and be part of it.

Be innovative - Try improving your customer expericence, the way you deliver your product or service, ways to provide a faster or a better service than your competition can deliver.
