Looking to get this developed, where the client can order direct from their own mobile device at table, and also the option to order ahead from their own device. Anyone else interested in something like this? We wouldn't mind partnering with others to get this implemented and split the cost. So many opportunities with something like this. Basically, the ordering is done thru a website that is connected to Loyverse thru API. This avoids clients having to download an app or anything complicated. Needs to be super simple for client to operate from their own device, and they can order, and ask for the check when they are ready to pay. Further integration would be to allow customer to pay thru their phone as well, but for now, payment can be processed externally. Let me know!6 points

Saludos a todos. Me gustaría que Loyverse pueda sacar para Chile la certificación para poder emitir boletas y/o facturas electrónicas autorizadas por el Servicio de Impuestos Internos, ya que a partir del 24 de agosto de este año, todas las boletas van a ser electrónicas en mi país.6 points

Buen dia. Debido a los recientes cambios impuestos por Hacienda (AEAT) indican que ahora se requiere que las facturas o tickets de venta incluyan un codigo QR que al escanearlo le muestre al cliente que la informacion se ha enviado a Hacienda y por ende asumo que al momento de generar el ticket el sistema debera comunicar a Hacienda la transaccion hecha. Basado en esto mi pregunta es la siguiente, Loyverse ha considerado integrar esta funcionalidad dentro de la herramienta o tiene alguna espectativa de integrarla en un futuro proximo? Ya que esto afectara la operatividad de los usuarios a nivel de Espania con la herramienta. Saludos!5 points

With full appreciation that Loyverse can be a free product (no employees, no inventory), the team has done quite well providing a balanced, all rounder POS. We are even considering to move from our paid subscription to Loyverse with some employees to be added. Can I just suggest that maybe the team can add a Roadmap page with potential guestimates when new features would be introduced to the system. I have checking in the forums and some features has been signaled even several years back. This would probably help taper and manage expectations by the users. El unico problema o fallo inicial que le veo al software, es que no puedo facturar a nombre del cliente con su cif (numero fiscal) por que? Se podria añadir los campos necesarios, cuando se da de alta el cliente.Y que aparezcan el ticket al imprimir o enviar por correo. En españa es obligatorio esa opcion. Hello, For anyone having trouble with their bills print being cut off from the right, the following command will help: B6,6C,9A just write in the Initial ESC/POS commands area in advanced settings Also you can find more command info that might help other situations in: http://www.ekka.com.ua/files/doc/ma501_4421_00_rev14.pdf Hope it helps! NOTE: Just to clarify, i do not own the MP-4000 TH POS Printer mentioned in the manual, but most commands did work for my off-brand Bluetooth thermal printer, so it might also work for yours4 points

I'm using an Android mobile phone as a POS with a Bluetooth receipt printer (ER-58) which is an "Other model". Let me get to the point: How to add extra lines at the top & bottom of your receipts? To add extra lines at the bottom of your receipts, you'll need to go to the printer setting on your POS -> Advanced settings -> Cutter ESC/POS commands and enter, "1D,56,42,00,0A,0A" If you'd like to add more lines, please add more "0A,0A" as much as you need To add extra lines at the top of your receipts, you'll need to go to the printer setting on your POS -> Advanced settings -> Initial ESC/POS commands and enter, please enter "0A,0A" as many lines as you need to add. Here is an example of the settings: I intended to add one more line at the bottom & top of my receipts.4 points

iOS loyverse updated recently to support "Print single item per order ticket " for print order function ( kitchen/bar/...), that was really a good News after years...Good job, loyverse team ! I think many loyverse users will benifit from it. LoL ^~^ (Let us wait for the update for Android loyverse about this function from loyerse team.) Here comes a second good News. I think many loyverse users ( expecially bubble tea /milk tea / green tea shops) are waiting for such a function for years. ---Print a label and put it on each cup while raising order. Hello there, I have created an integration between Loyverse and Twilio (SMS sending platform) by using Appypie connect. Here is how I did Create Appypie account. (https://connectcloud.appypie.com/register) Create Twilio account (https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio) Select Loyverse connection, select Watch Receipts, and connect it to my Loyverse account. (https://connectcloud.appypie.com/app/customeditor/) Then, select Twilio connection, select Send SMS, and connect to Twilio account. In Twilio, get a trial number. Select the phone number that you have created at 5 at "From Number". and select "Customer Phone Number" at "To Number". In the message section, you can create a receipt message as you want. Click "Continue" and save it. Now when you make a sale with a customer with a right phone number, the customer will receive a SMS message from you. Fin4 points

Hello, The tutorial How to Create a Composite Item states: The maximum nesting level for composite items is 3. If an item already has a third nesting level, it is not displayed in the drop-down list when searching for components. What are the nesting levels of composite items? Let say there is an Item 1. If Item 1 is the component of Item 2 - 1st nesting level, then if Item 2 is the component of Item 3, - 2nd nesting level, then if Item 3 is the component of Item 4, - 3rd nesting level If you cannot find some items when trying to add it as a component, please check two different cases. 1) The ingredient has already three levels of components Suppose you create item 1 and then make it a component of item 2. Then you make item 2 a component of item 3. And finally, you make item 3 a component of item 4. Now you have reached the 3-d level. When you try to add item 4 to item 5, the restriction on three nested levels manifests itself as the fact that you will not see item 4 in the list. 2) A composite item is already an ingredient of another item Let's say you have a composite item 3, with the second nesting level. It consists of item 2, which includes item 1. And you have item 4, that is already the component of item 5, so they have one more nesting level. And you try to add item 3 as a component of item 4. It is not possible because this action will create a 4th nesting level. And you will not see item 3 in the list. How to check the levels of composite items If you cannot find some items when trying to add it as a component, it is better to start checking the component items' nesting levels. You can open each component from the Back office items list and inspect each item and its components. In case if you can see only one-two nesting levels of those items, you can check the nesting levels of the composite item. It is better to do in the exported file.4 points

Great! We are primary going to use it to sync Loyverse stock (our primary source for the shop) to Woocommerce. (Wordpress Webshop) When an item is purchased from to store, lower the stock in Woocommerce When an items is purchased from Woocommerce, lower the stock in Loyverse We also would like to synchronise the Loyalty-program to Online and Offline sales. Same points for customers on- and offline, see points in webshop. Add new Customers to the Mailchimp mailinglist, send them a welcome-mail (maybee with related product-tips) after an offline sale. In the end we would be able to use Gift-cards on- and offline.4 points

We use Loyverse on two different tills at our Restaurant/Bar. We'd love to have automatic Happy Hour timed discounts. Right now our staff have to remember to flip over between our predetermined Happy Hour times and then our management team have to put in duplicate entries for every item that appears on Happy Hour. We don't have a consistent 20% off or something across every product. The discounts vary. Would be great to have a switch in settings like "Support Happy Hour Discounts?" and then a field to select start and end time. Then in the individual item page, have a Happy Hour price field that can be entered at item creation.4 points

Have been using Loyverse since 2018 and is unbelievable how they can't figure out how to solve this problem. I don't know where these guys live but most of the world have credit customers. The workaround here is risky and time consuming. We can make mistakes when canceling the invoice and writing it back with the right "payment option". Its clear that after all these years they do not know how to solve this so I suggest them to make an option which can let us, admins edit "payment type" on old invoices.3 points

Hello, the same issue remains unsolved, we need an urgent solution since our customers keep asking to show at least the net total of the invoice in another currency. To be noted that you can only allow us to add a field at the end of invoiceas follow: Field name : add secondary display currency Conversion rate : *1,000 (for example) Please we need a solution even if it is just for display info. Hello! Let me explain the workaround in more detail. 1. Add the customer who wants to pay later on the Backoffice or POS. 2. Add new payment type "Account receivable" in the setting of the Backoffice. 3. When making sales, add the customer who wants to pay later. 4. On the Charge screen, tap the "Account receivable". If the customer wants to pay by cash partially now, and later pay the rest of the payment, you can split the payment. In this example shown in the screenshots, the customer "Brown" decided to pay €500 by cash at first and pays €1000 later. 5. In the reciept secition on the Backoffice, you can search receipts by customer names. And in the sales by payment type section, you can see the whole balance of the account receivable. 6.When the customer comes back and pays for her balance, we need to cancel the old receipt and issue her a new one for the full amount due. Note: In the example shown in the screenshots, because it is required to delete the whole old receipt, it is written that the total amount due is €1500 in the new receipt. But Mr.Brown already paid €500 by cash before. So you need to make sure that you receive $1000 this time and tap the "Charge" button.3 points

Hi @Tiru, I've also been waiting for this feature to be added to the system, but it looks like the Loyverse team is still working on it. I also have credit sales in my store and recently found a workaround for this. I don't know how you sell on credit, but I would like to share what we do in my store. Basically, we added an "Account Balance" as a payment type, and when a customer comes in and pays an initial payment (deposit), we split the ticket by cash and Account Balance when we charge her. It adds up to our sales, but under Sales by payment type, we can check the total amount (such as our accounts receivable) that we have, under Account Balance. Then, when she comes back and pays for her balance, we'll cancel the old receipt and issue her a new one for the full amount due. See my sample images here3 points

What is a Bill? Bills are often used in the food serving businesses such as restaurants. A bill is created before payments. It contains an itemized list of products sold or services provided, along with the amount of money owed for each item. A bill also states the due amount to be paid by a customer. What is a Receipt? A receipt is a confirmation of payment. This document confirms a customer has received the goods or services. A customer can use a receipt proof of a completed payment for goods or services. Receipts are given to customers in a digital or paper format after the payment has been performed. This document is essential proof in case any issues with the product appear. A seller is using a receipt to verify if the claims for exchanging or returning goods are justified. How different are bills and receipts in Loyverse? The bill has a different look from the receipt. Bill has the name BILL at the top, while the receipt does not have it. The bill does not have a number, which is on the bottom of the receipt. And the bill has "Amount due" line as a summarizing amount of items, while the receipt has "Total". Plus the receipt has printed the type of received payment.3 points

Hola, la aplicación es muy buena. Sin embargo hay cosas que pueden mejorar: 1. Permitir agregar productos express al momento de facturar que no esten en ese momento en el inventario. 2. Permitir modificar el precio de los productos en el ticket y no solo la cantidad. 3. Quitar la obligatoriedad del campo REF al agregar un producto o que se pueda generar automáticamente. 4. Mejorar la velocidad de lectura de códigos de barra.3 points

Hi - so like so many others I would like to hook up some e-commerce application to loyverse - and in the end the 'order' come out the kitchen display as if it had been ordered from the front desk. This is especially important now with all the lockdowns happening - and the only way to get traction is to introduce an online component to ordering for pickup or delivery. I know you are all hard at work on this - and so I am patiently watiing - but there is a real need for getting the data out in a reliable format - along with the ability to send an order to the system. - in effect a web based version of the POS (but with pretty pictures and descriptions). So while we are in lockdown it would be nice to develop something to be able to let us be able to do business even if we have very limited scope with customers being aloowed into the premises Thank you Oh while I am here and have your 'ears' would you be able have a few 'custom' fields that are text based that we (the developers) can use as we want - and loyverse just stores them - this would be ideal for us to have descriptions or other text that could be able to be used in our own app - so that means we would not have to have a seperate data repository to add our own individual data. Creo que hablo por todos en pedir la implementacion de que se pueda agarrar de inventario los modificadores. Para los restaurantes es complicado seguir el inventario de la manera que lo tienen. They are different in several points: - With variants you can track the stock of each variant, but with modifiers it is not possible to do that - Modifiers have a "sales by modifier" report, while variants do not have such a report and are only reflected in the sales by item report - Modifiers are easy to apply on several items with one tap, but variants needs to be created for each item separately - Variants can have their own SKU and barcode, modifier don't have such an option - Modifiers can have a negative price (value) but it is not possible to have a variant with a negative price - In the sales screen in the POS, you can choose several modifiers for the item but with variants you can only choose one Basically if you are selling the same item but with different versions then variants would be best, if you are selling items with additional options (e.g toppings) then you can use modifiers3 points

Hello, This happens when you have used the option Split payment for this receipt and the customer has paid a part of the total payment with cash and the other part with card. So the receipt in total was paid by two payment types that you can see these in the report. To verify you can look up for the receipt in your Back-office-> Receipt section and you will see there that the details. It would look something like this: You can learn more about "Split payment" feature in this link: https://help.loyverse.com/help/payment-loyvers With this feature you can split the total of the ticket into several partial payments and you can select a different payment type for each partial payment.3 points
