I'd like to change the passcode to open the software - can this be done in the app or do I need to contact their help email?
you can change the passcode in the back office, under the employee management section.

You can edit your passcode by the backoffice.
You have to connect yourself in the back office, then go in Employees --> Employees List.
After, click on you and edit your passcode. Don't forget to save.
