We are using Loyverse for our 8 shops and we soon want to grow to 100 shops. For us Loyverse is perfect as it works on- and offline, which is very important to us as our shops are in Africa and the network is not always stable. It is also very user friendly. We have quite a lot of customer receipts, up to 2,500 receipts per shop in a month and Loyverse is still working very stable. Also the hotline is always reachable and very supportive. We use the integration to dataddo which allows us to design specific reports according to our needs. 

It would be great if there would be more information about the future development plans, eg. which change request will be implemented by when.

Hi...we've been using loyverse for sometimes...and its been an amazing apps,very useful for our business...

We've used loyverse in 6 stores using 1 email ( account ) and it was working very well until somedays when we opened our 7th stores and some problems occured like :

1. we cannot save the member registration.

2. sometimes we cannot input the sales online ( unsync )

3. The software once, all day long said "something went wrong with the servers"

4. We can't check the sales report on the back office

the question is 

1. would there be a problem if we use 1 email account for 7 stores?

2. How can we fix these problems?

Again,loyverse is a verygood apps so far,and it is very helpful for us these far..

I am really glad that I found Loyverse. The product quality, variety of features and excellent customer support are really a jaw dropping experience with Loyverse.
