Include Card payments type into the Shift Report

The shift report was made to show the cash operation and to check the amount of cash at the cash drawer to compare with the expected amount. 

We have the plan to make the summary report about all transaction during to be printed at the receipt printer at the end of the day.

Payment with Credit Card does not show up at the Shift Report?  Yes, it does show up at the back office, but it is important to be included at the daily shift report.
