Hi, Very nice question. I was thinking the same about my children... And then I found one answer. First, I have to become a successful entrepreneur and I have to go my way. And then kids naturally will follow and resemble this style. So young people always want to be like cool guys and they want to resemble cool guys, If we say that successful entrepreneur is a cool guy - they will follow. And if I became like that my kids will inherit with culture and skills when the time will come.
