Help With Features

Began using Loyverse this week and staff love it better than EPOS Now, but I can't figure out how to add a specific item total sale to shift report (eg. Total lottery sold in morning shift from 7am - 3:40pm). For reports purposes, I'd like to print a reciept when a payout is done: if a lotto ticket is redeemed for $20 winnings I can print a receipt and staple to the ticket stub and track that way.
