Opened shift in app, but at website cant detect.

its was fine yesterday and it started to bug today on the 14th feb, normally i can check my sales through website will the business is running with the tablet at location. but starting today cant seem to see the shift opened but at the app has opened shift. attached are two photos. i check the internet connection everythings seems fine
