Is there any way to delete a complete order or charge, (do to a mistake) on the app?

If you would like to delete the completed transaction, then you can use the CANCEL feature. When you cancel the receipt, it will not be accounted for in the sales reports, and the stock will be restored to what it was before this transaction.
Please note that this receipt will remain in the history with the mark CANCELLED.
