If you would like to delete the completed transaction, then you can use the CANCEL feature. When you cancel the receipt, it will not be accounted for in the sales reports, and the stock will be restored to what it was before this transaction. Shak Posted February 4 Posted February 4 (edited) Good day, I just wanted to state how I fixed the disappearing of tickets and Synchronization Issues. As all devices normally need a central system that receives and communicates all commands sent from each device. What I found is that when using tablets and all go to rest/sleep to save battery,which are only awaken when needed to be used. This causes a delay is the commands/Order Changes for every tablet. If they are multiply tablets being used commands are only being relayed when each one awakes which by the time another awake a different command could have been sent from another one. This creates a bit of a confuse for each system to understand who’s command came first and what order to process them and the internet speed also affects communication. Solution: One main tablet e.g The POS/ Cash Drawer tablet needs to stay awake at all times except for when Closed. This will register each order change or command from each tablet as they are entered. Which will keep every tablet up to date as they awake with any order change or new commands that may have been sent. Edited February 4 by Shak
