I have a question. If I have Item A that costs 150 pesos and I have 2 stocks left, and then I change the price to 160 pesos, will the previous data or sold items be based on 160 pesos?

Once you change the price of your items, it will only affect your sales data onwards and not your past sales. Hence, for your specific case, the previous sales will still be based on the price of 150 and not 160 pesos.
