Can't import. Error on blank spaces.

Please help. I can't import and I don't know what is causing this error. 
I have not filled up the said spaces but it keeps telling me I should not leave them blank.

I had tge same problem sku number cannot be blank and cannot be duplicated and each record have to has a unique sku number 

Name field also cannot be blank it has to exist
