Cafe buy one take one promo

I purchased a franchise business here in my area. However, they don’t use a POS, so franchisees like me need to find one that fits the business.

My question is it possible to track my item's ingredients for Buy 1 Take 1 burgers, Cheeseburgers, hotdogs, and Hungarian sausages? Does Loyverse support that kind of feature?

In Loyverse, we have a feature called Composite Item. This feature allows you to add ingredients or combine multiple items under a single item.

For example, for a Buy 1 Take 1 Cheeseburger, you’ll need 2 buns, 2 patties, and 2 slices of cheese.

In the item’s settings, you can add all the individual items and the stocks so that their stocks will be automatically deducted whenever a sale is made on the composite item. 

To set up the composite item, you need to add all the ingredients with a quantity of 2. That way, every time you sell a Buy 1 Take 1 item, it will also deduct 2 stocks from each ingredient.

For example: 

Once the item is set up, the stocks of the ingredients will automatically be deducted whenever you make a sale of the composite item. Also, the total cost of the combined ingredients will be automatically calculated based on the quantity you entered for each one.
