When viewing total sales from the dashboard and the back office for a specific period, the totals are different. I need help solving this problem.

Have you made sure to choose the correct filters when checking the reports on the Dashboard application as well?

[SCOOPLEX]

Similar issue when viewing the dashboard gross sales, that total and the sales by payment method (cash or card) are different every time.
