Jorge_39ers Posted June 4, 2025 Posted June 4, 2025 I have question regarding my inventory and tracking of supplies. For example, I’m selling fries. I created a category called “FRIES” in Loyverse. Under this category, I offer different flavors listed as variants: cheese, sour cream, BBQ, sweet corn, white cheddar, chili BBQ, and sour cheese. These are all powdered flavors. My question is: How can I track each powdered flavor individually? How can I track the fries inventory separately from the flavor powders? And if I offer a bundle, how can I accurately track how much fries and powdered flavor are left after each sale? Thank you so much for your assistance!
Hanna Posted June 9, 2025 Posted June 9, 2025 In this case, I suggest using the composite feature. With the composite item, you’ll be able to merge both the powder and the fries while keeping their stocks separate. Each time you make a sale of such a flavor, the corresponding amounts of fries and powder flavor will be deducted from their individual stocks. However, for this to work, you need to create a separate composite fries item for each flavor. To create such item, please check on our help article: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-create-composite-item
