Cash almost never accurate

I am a business owner and run the store myself. I use the loyverse software on a Sunmi P2se lite. At the end of the shifts, the cash i have in my till is never accurate to what loyverse system is working out. I operate the system myself and i am very meticulous with my work. Could there be something wrong with my software or device? Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Could you tell us more about your situation? Is there a big discrepancy between the cash on hand and the sales recorded in Loyverse? If you could give us a specific example, it would be most helpful.

Check if you have multiple method of payments 

In such case compare NET SALES totals instead of using expected cash

2. The issue could be that you missed some transactions during the day and having to trust your skills will not be enuf. Human err.

3. Wrong prices within the system item ABC could be 2 but the system has a different price big or less

 

All these are factors that can create discrepancies

It seems like you also face the same issue that i faced now.

I've come here to say exactly the same thing!

Loyverse and end of day totals are WAY out - from £20 a day to more!

Almost everyday i encounter the same problem, cash on till  dont match with sales

Hie dear. I would like to bring to your attention that this is a very common issue with clients. Not that there is something wrong with the system NO.

Common cases where this can happen are very different.

The top one could be the users of the system missed some transactions during the day. This will create more cash on the ground than there is in the system.

Its normally related to human error that is why it keeps on being raised by almost all new users
