SJB Posted June 6 Posted June 6 I need help with this as well it’s doing the same thing to mine! modifiers are correct back of house but when you click onto an item the modifiers show up in the wrong order on the iPad. How do I fix this?

We order the different groups of modifiers say coffee size, coffee extras or type of milk in the back office and it has always appeared in the same order on the POS tablet suddenly after years of using it modifiers have changed order and i cant get them to change even after trying to swap them randomly around in back office and deleting all data still no change. This is a problem because now we need to scroll right to the bottom of the page to get to the most common modifier which is cup size Regards Michael Edited June 7 by BenedictsCafe
WAYNO Posted June 7 Posted June 7 Hello, I also have the same problem. The order of my Modifiers are not correct in the PoS even tough it's correct in the Back Office. This started A week ago.
