Ingredients Show up in the POS

Hi, I'm trying to keep ingredients like "Haloumi Cheese" tracked across all my stores but prevent them from showing up on the POS. I’ve added the item to all stores, but I don’t see an option to uncheck or disable "Sell item" for specific stores. Is there a way to keep items hidden from the POS while still tracking inventory and using them in composite recipes?
