Sorry in advance, if I am completely missing something. 

I was using Loyverse POS with a couple of stores and we send many times emails to customers with their receipts.

Yet when I now with the admin user got to customers I see none...anything i am missing?

Do you mean you can't find the receipts in the sales reports?

Hi Georg,

We used the POS and emailed customers their receipts by adding in their email addresses after the transactions, but non of these emails seemed to be safed.

If I look at the backend now under customers, there are none to be found.

I see. They should not be saved this way, because it is also necessary to save the customer's name. To save the customer's email, it is necessary to follow the way shown here:
