Parka Posted Friday at 06:59 PM Posted Friday at 06:59 PM I am trying to connect our TM-P20 printer to the app. It's connected to the iPad and all test prints have worked. I followed all directions in the Loyverse user guide and the printer's user guide with no luck. When I go into the Loyverse app settings and add a printer, it says there are no printers detected. I made sure that Bluetooth was turned on for the apps and device, and updated all firmware. The iPad is older so it cannot be updated past iOS 15.8. What are other ways I can connect the printer to the app?
