I have a suggestion with this case First, create service-type items for your main rentals like 'Desk Rental – 1 Hour,' 'Desk Rental – 1 Day,' or even 'Weekly Pass' and set them as non-stock services. For extras like coffee, printing, or locker rental, you can create separate service items and manually add them at ticket when the customer orders from the counter. Another tip: you can create a separate service item called something like "Room Add-ons" (priced at $0) and attach modifiers to it, such as 'Unlimited Coffee' or 'Access to Printer', etc. with their own prices. When a customer wants extra services, you can manually add the "Room Add-ons" item to the ticket, select the requested extras through the modifier options, and Loyverse will automatically calculate the additional charges. This makes it faster and clearer when customizing each rental during checkout. Here’s an example of when you charge this on your receipt: Also, activate Loyverse’s Loyalty Program to reward customers with points every time they rent, encouraging them to return more often.
