nanaimo Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Subject: Inquiry About Visit Coupon Functionality with Barcode Scanner Hello, Thank you for the great experience with Loyverse. I am currently using a barcode scanner system integrated with Loyverse and have a specific use case I’d like your advice on. A customer purchases a pack of 10 visit coupons. Each time they visit and scan their barcode, one coupon should be deducted from the original 10, until the count reaches zero—at which point further scans should be restricted. Is it possible to implement this kind of feature? Additionally, is there a way to reset or recharge another pack of 10 visits for the same customer and barcode once the initial set has been used up? I’d appreciate your guidance on the best way to set this up. Thank you! Best regards, Jason

Hello Unfortunately, there are no special feature for visit coupons, but as a workaround, you can use the loyalty points as explained here: https://loyverse.town/topic/5739-customer-wallet-concept
