As the title says,

Any way to automatically adjust selling price base a percentage of the purchase price/cost price of goods? Instead of manually editing the price, can we have the option to automatically set them say, 20% of cost the same way taxes are added to the overall cost of the item.

I don't think this is possible in the back office. The only way I could see you do this is by creating a modifier for 20% and applying it on every order. Although this is tedious and looks horrible to any customer on the bill. It also doesn't show you the margin per item but just on the whole receipt. Which will limit your sales data.
