Items Specific to Events Only

Hi!

I'm new to Loyverse, and we're a Coffee Cart business. I would like to know if there's a way for us to use Loyverse POS during events that are pre-paid?

Meaning, customers don't need to pay because the host/organizer already booked us and paid for it but we just want to track how many products we have served.
