Sales Summary by Dining Options

Would it be possible to add in the Reports section - Sales by Dining Options? This would allow us to quickly see Customer dining preferences, which areas to improve for example a Delivery Service? Is the Delivery Service profitable? Are Takeaway Sales growing? Do we need to plan ahead and purchase more Takeaway packaging etc.. Adding Tax as a workaround, no matter how small, would not be a good idea as our customers mainly pay in cash and we would have trouble returning change. If there are other workarounds, please let me know though.
