Tax problem

I am having big problem. I have 2 taxes. 5% and 9% depends on Dine in or Take out. It applies both!!! Even when I have chosen the options. This does not work! How do I fix. Urgent!

As you can see from the receipt it applies both taxes, even though the option is 'Dine In' and should be only 9%

 

As a secondary issue, the printer is printing this stuff over the receipt? 

Any help, greatly appreciated!

I am having the same issue. I have a service tax that should be removed when the Dining option is Takeaway but it still shows. I've tried everything, but the dining option does not seem to affect whether the tax changes or not.

Ok, so this software is backwards.

Here is how to fix this problem:

You have a tax that you do not want on takeout... so you choose dine in!?!?! They want you to choose where the tax DOES NOT apply. 

Ok, so you'd think that would be it right? Don't apply tax if it's takeout... but nope.

Below that, you now have to choose all the categories it doesn't apply to. Basically ALL the categories.

I tried that, too I tried unticking and ticking all the different versions and nothing worked. Also I asked for the tax to not apply to a specific category and it doesn't work, either.
