Firewood Posted Thursday at 06:31 PM Posted Thursday at 06:31 PM Hi, I understand that I now need to pay for having unlimited access to sales data, but I am having difficulty setting either monthly or annually payment plan. I have tried many times since last night and also tried with different cards and I keep getting the message shown in the photo attached. I have had paid subscriptions with Loyverse in the past with no problem but seems like there is a problem with processing payments at your end I have even checked with my bank and they confirmed that the problem is with Loyverse. It's ok if you want to start charging a fee for something that has always been free, but first you need to make sure that at least you can process receiving payment without causing problem for customers ! Please fix it asap. Thanks. Ali.
