I want to download data that lets me sort via Sales Order and modifiers

I'm currently tracking two types of customers using modifiers. When they place an order, I select their particular Customer Type modifier when creating the Order. eg Medium Latte, select Customer Type modifier "Builder". If I run the modifier report, I can see how many items these customers purchased, but (because it is a modifier with no value) I can't see the value that each customer type is spending per sales order.

Is it possible to do download all sales data via completed sales order which would contain the information for all food and drink items (and value) per Customer Type?

I want to see which group spends more.

Hello there, 

If you would like to be able to download a detailed report of your sales that would contain information about your food and drink items depending on the customer assigned, it would be best to export your 'Receipts' report. 

We do have a guide you can follow here: https://help.loyverse.com/help/receipts-section-reports-back

When exporting the report, I suggest choosing the 'Receipts by item' report as it would contain all the details of the items sold.

Also you can use the the loyverse green app, but will not download. On the section with add customers, you can go to the customer and view purchases history. Hope it helps. We do consult loyverse clients and add 3rd part functionality through intergrations at a small neg fee. Contact +263778287836
