JonMa Posted February 1 Posted February 1 I cant find Open Tickets in the Shifts Report in the back office. I've activated the features in settings but I still cant see list of Open Tickets upon close shift. Do I have to get a subscription for that?
Sam Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Hello there! It's not possible to see your list of open tickets in the Back Office. You can only view them when making sales in the POS application.
