Smartpay New Zealand & Android payment not connecting

Hi everyone, 

I need some assistance with configuring this.

I've successfully connected Smartpay on Apple iPhone and can send the total bill to the terminal.

I recently added an Android Samsung phone and will be adding another Android tablet soon. When I try to connect the Smartpay terminal to the Samsung phone, the "payment types" option isn't showing up and can't seem to direct the payment to the eftpos machine? I can't process any payments from Android.

Any help would be appreciated.
