My previous Loyverse account used to offer unlimited access to sales history for free. However, my new Loyverse account only shows sales history for the past 30 days. Is this a new policy?

Hello!

The Unlimited Sales history is a new subscription that Loyverse implemented. This new subscription add-on, as the name indicates, allows you to have unlimited access to your sales history and export it. Additionally, the Integrations will be for free.

Hope this answers your question.

I was under the impression that I would be able to export my sales reports with out subscription, only difference being that the data is stored for 31 days. Is this not the case?

At no point online reading through the how to documents does it state that this feature is only available in the paid subscription.

On my old touch till you would just print the report out that it stored in the memory. Is there a way of printing the report from the POS.

Hello there,

We recently had a new subscription implemented called Unlimited Sales History. This subscription will allow you to access your past reports beyond the past 31 days. For more information, please visit our pricing page

I was under the same impression too. I was expecting to be able to export all transactions less than 31days from the system without subscription.

Are you having challenges with your reports? As mentioned, we recently released a new add-on subscription called Unlimited Sales History add-on, allowing you to access your report beyond 30 days if subscribed. If you are not subscribed, you will only be able to access your reports within 30 days.

Hi Sam

I cannot export any of the reports I see on screen even if they are less than 31 days old. That is the issue. If I want to export last weeks data, I have to pay the subscription. That is misleading.

I was very mislead over this same issue. I was under the impression that I would be able to export up to 31days but if I wanted longer I would need to subscribe. Considering this is information we need to keep and now we are expected to pay for it when my old till would just print the data off. After purchasing this till a few month back I am now stuck with it.

Hello there,

I sincerely apologize for the misinformation. To clarify, the Unlimited Sales History add-on subscription allows you to access your past sales reports past 30/31 days as well as export these reports. If you are not subscribed to the add-on, you may only view the reports within 30/31 days and you cannot export them. To export the reports and access your past sales beyond 30/31 days, you will be required to subscribe to the add-on.

I hope this clears things up.

Hi, I'm based in the UK and had an email about the change to limited history from Feb 25.  I find the history and reporting features really useful so would definitely like to keep and keen not to lose any data.

My questions are

How do I sign up for this subscription?

If I don't sign up but want to at a later date will my data still be held to able to access again once I pay?  My data goes back to 2022.

Thanks!

James

We have been using Loyverse since 2022 but are now unable to access our sales history before 31 days without paying and cannot export either - is this correct?

“Hello, I’ve been using my system for over five years. I have a detergent factory, but since yesterday, I’ve been charged for unlimited access to my sales history. Is this a new policy? I thought it only applied to new users.”

The same for us. We have an account and been using it daily since 2022. First time we are asked to pay for sales history. I thought it was only for new subscription. Is this a bug?

Hello Sam,

You also said in pevious post that it was implemented only for new users.

Since Loyverse has brought in a subscription option for sales reports (longer than the past 30 days) I cannot export any report if it is in the last 30 day period. If Loyverse allows you to view the past 30 days sales, why can't we also also export this information?

It appears exporting does not have a trial or a 30 day free exporting. It must be paid via historical unlimited reports subscriptions. However the alternative to exporting is through intergrations which loyverse has genorously reduced from a fee to zero costs. Nb 3rd part might charge for this intergration. Contact us we help at a fee, in the intergration of loyverse and any custom feature.

I find this last form of subscription a bit ugly, to say something. In my case, I have been using this app for 4 years, and during this time I have recommended loyverse to many people, but now I am not so sure about it. Starting to charge for such a simple function of exporting your own data, now suddenly, after many years of use, is outrageous at least.

Also, months of 31 days cannot be exported in full, if only 30 days maximum are allowed.

this is not the way to go..
