JJLouw Posted December 9 Share Posted December 9 I would like to find out if it is possible to add a customer to the loyalty program after the payment has been made. Not all our clients are added to the loyalty program. Only on request, or for regular customers. Sometimes people ask to be added to the program after the payment has been made, but there is no option to do that. Or, if you forgot to select the customer when processing the order, it would be nice to add it afterwards. This would be a nice feature. Perhaps I don't know where and how to do it. Plese help?
